Henry is the best coach! His explanations were really clear, he gave advice all class long and alternatives if needed. He brought such a great energy to the class, loved it! Intense and challenging in a good way, the format of the circuit made it so much fun. Will definitely come back!

Staff, especially on reception were very helpful and friendly. Considering I was visiting from out of town, and unfamiliar with the location, they were very helpful. Good facilities, great selection of weights & machines, good wet facilities too. Would 100% recommend.

I loved this class so much. It invited me to explore and be playful with the way I move my body and was really focusing on the feeling rather than the look. Feeling inspired, thank you!✨ also Kate is rather hilarious

Andy was very friendly. He gave me a tour of the gym. I just did the open gym option. I was impressed with the big open space and equipment. I want to return to do a class!

    STRENGTH & CONDITIONING 101

It's a crossfit-style weightlifting class with a bit of cardio at the end, but don't be intimidated if you're new. The teacher was very friendly and I appreciated that he took the time to teach me the correct techniques and moves a beginner. Would recommend!

Very friendly staff, not too many people (seems to be mostly students) in the early afternoon. Good variety of well-maintained equipment.

    RINGCRAFT

I signed up for this class not realising it was for people with intermediate boxing experience. 2 of us went together and the instructor was so helpful and welcoming and made the class really accessible for someone who didn’t have the experience. He made it really fun and was encouraging, helpful with form and ensuring the class wasn’t intimidating for us which made the experience so enjoyable. I would recommend only doing this class if you are intermediate or have someone you are comfortable with, as I’m not sure how I would have felt going alone, and make sure you bring straps or you have to buy them. Going forward I’d probably do a more beginner class. Overall though the experience was great and I can’t fault it. There’s also a sauna in there which I wish I had time to enjoy this time!

Excellent class for beginners but you can still be challenged if you feel like it. Laurine was really sweet and helpful when I wanted to be corrected during a pose. I learned a lot about the yoga philosophy, thank you for that !
