    Fantastic experience from start to finish! David kindly introduced me to the facilities, all of which were excellent, everything I needed and super clean. The class was brilliant, worked very hard and great to see all the stats. Sam was incredible, he was very supportive and explained everything very clearly.     Great class, Caleb is a fantastic instructor, very sad to hear he's leaving. Nothing to do with this specific class but I don't understand why 1R is now encouraging members to create reels. I really don't want phones to be used in classes or even worse, in the changing rooms. Exercise is one of the few occasions we can actually disconnect and not be distracted by phones and I used to love that about 1R classes that phone use was banned. Please go back to that!

    Bradley is one of the best trainers whom I’ve ever met. He is very knowledgeable and approachable, explains everything in such details that trainers rarely do, he makes sure that everyone is following a good form and challenging themselves. I leave every time his class energised and happy, with the feeling that I’ve exercised my whole body and I also learnt new tricks and tips. I always learn a new exercise, which I haven’t seen at other studios. I also enjoy that each month there’s an exercise (e.g. front squat) which is included in every class, so that one can practice it often and truly get familiar with that one. Thank you Bradley and thank you Train Yard for the excellent work!

    Love this class and Chloe is brilliant, exactly the right level of instruction vs letting you get on with your workout.
