    Reformer Pilates

My abs are still on fire and it’s been 2 days!! What a great class, working all the tiny muscles, in a good way! The studio is small which means more attentive teaching, with an instructor that corrects your posture and challenges you. Thanks for a great class!

    Spinning Pole Beginners ~

Really enjoyed this class, such a great welcoming vibe! Jenny is an amazing teacher, she was great at explaining the moves and pushing you beyond what you think you can achieve but in a really supportive way that hypes you up whilst also making you feel safe. Defo recommend! 🫶🏽

    Bike and Beats

This was a very intense class - not for beginners but it is the most calories I’ve ever burned in spin! Really good energy and the instructor took the time to go over the bike for me as it was my first time there. Important to note that they do not have cleats and you also have to take your own padlock (or buy from reception) for the lockers (this is made very clear on the description but I can see other people have complained they didn’t know). The gym itself is nice, at reception I was told to just go downstairs and it is quite a confusing layout so make sure to go there early to look around. The showers are nice but there was a bit of mould on the shelf which was a shame. Shampoo, conditioner, and body wash provided along with towels (get from reception), but no face wash or other toiletries that other gyms provide. Plenty of space in the locker room.

    ESCALATE

The class was excellent all around: great exercises, well explained, great energy and excellent vibes! The instructor (Alina) made sure that everyone pushed themselves (each at their level), and had a wonderful energy!!

POWERfit - BASHMENT aerial yoga class

Lauren did a such a good job teaching and making everyone feel so welcomed. The class had a good split between complexity and relaxation. Also it’s mixed ability! Challenging for intermediate folks but also do open and welcoming to those trying it for the first time. A must try! Great after a long day at the office. The Powerfit team always impresses.

Aerial Silks - Peckham - Beginners

I’ve always dreamt of doing this. Today dream come true. It’s hard! But the instructors are so gentle & encouraging. Creates a lovely atmosphere. As a complete beginner with little-no arm & ab strength I was able to do a lot of the techniques. Highly recommend. I will be back stronger
