    RocketBeats: Experienced

Carina is a great teacher, it was intense (as you can expect it with a rocketbeat session) but at the same time soft, she has her own style. There was enough space to practice which felt refreshing while usually the class at mission are overbooked (but this is the best studio in London for advanced practitioners)

    POWER BATTLE

Such a great class! It’s built around effort zones, which means it really allows you to focus on the work. It’s a mental exercise as much as a physical one! Raquel is great in guiding and motivating you to push your limit, but you are the one that really has to do the work!

    Zumba

Nice space, but a little confusing with no staff and just signage to follow. The changing rooms are downstairs (you walk through the gym) and the Zumba class is in the Main studio. Class was very energetic and fun - it’s more aerobics than Zumba, but you’ll burn loads of calories and have a great time anyway.

I liked the class and the instructor. But it is not a fitness center, it is a space inside the Lloyd Tower so be sure to bring an ID.
