    Sui Wild Core

Probably the best core class I've taken at the studio, it might also be the strongest. It definitely gets challenging at times and even when it gets tough, she keeps it fun and engaging. What I appreciate most is her cuing and hands on assist - very professional. I feel great today

Shane’s class was wonderful! Loved her energy, directions and options offered. I also appreciated her creativity. It was definitely one of the more challenging classes I’ve attended, but it was exactly what I needed!

Hayley is fantastic! However, having lived in NYC for four years now, the clientele at practice room is definitely odd compared to other studios. People have no shame coming in late or leaving early. There should be a mat booking system so girls aren’t pushing each other like it’s life or death to get their spot!

    THREE JEWELS YOGA

Serene, clean studio—session was guided by an exceptional and encouraging teacher. The yoga class was the perfect balance between connecting to your breath, quieting your mind and flow as rigorous as you need it to be. Added bonus: the lovely cafe situated inside to enjoy coffee or tea, nibbles before or after yoga . You won’t be disappointed by the yoga or the cafe! This is a repeat kind of place.

    FLOW

Shelby’s class was exceptional. The flows were creative, thoughtfully crafted, and unlike anything I’ve experienced before. Her instruction was both encouraging and accommodating, making space for all levels while maintaining a strong sense of progression. She brought a kind, welcoming presence that made the whole experience feel safe and grounded. What stood out most was the absence of mirrors and the invitation to move through the third flow independently. That choice felt quietly radical—an intentional shift away from the external validation often seen in studios like CorePower. Instead, Shelby encouraged us to tune inward, to focus on the feeling inside rather than the image outside. I left the class feeling more in my body, more present, and more myself.
