    Sui Wild Core

I am officially OBSESSED with Sui Yoga and Luna’s Wild Core class is fantastic! As the name implies, lots of core work and it’s intense but in the best possible way and the pace is just right! I love her chill vibe and supportive energy. Can’t wait for the next class!🤗

Great instructor but he turned the fans on at the end of class and left them on through the end. After an hour in heat, the wind from the fan for so long gave me a headache. I would much prefer opening a window or door briefly or even just turning the fan on and then off quickly.

The class is really just a short handstand workshop- which is great because its every week and doesn’t cost as much as other workshops do. We did a solid amount of conditioning on and off the mat so its great for beginners and more advanced students

I really appreciate the time Meghan took to have us do an active warm up instead of just going super hard immediately. Class was very challenging but as always I felt amazing afterward.

    Hot Vinyasa Yoga

A great beyond-basics vinyasa class. Not super hot, but I think that works well with the format! (I wouldn’t necessarily recommend this for anyone brand-new to yoga, as it’s fast-paced and there’s not much in the way of instruction for individual poses.)

    Some Like it Hot

Arianna is so amazing. As a newbie I felt comfortable and centered. she created such an amazing space for vulnerability and mindfulness. I’m so grateful that I came to this class. I was allowed a moment to check in with myself I even found that I became emotional towards the end. I felt grateful for the experience as well as felt good emotionally, spiritually, and physically. She critiqued me from time to time but was gentle and encouraging. she even pushed down on my Shoulders while I was laying down and pulled the back of my neck, and I swear it felt amazing. I appreciated the fact that she was willing to connect with her students however that may have looked. I will be there WEEKLY.
