Reiki Yoga (Studio)
see all reviewsSuper relaxing experience after a long week. Loved the combination of yin with the spiritual aspect of reiki. Also appreciated the little touches incorporated by Kai Xin such as drops of essential oils for everyone, fairy lights, incense. 10/10!

see all reviewsIwan started the class a couple minutes late but made up for it by extending the end of it. :) Thought some of the transitions were a bit awkward at the first part of the class but it got much more flowy at the end. A good number of challenging poses and some new stretching ones I’d never done before. Was fun working up to the king pigeon! The class is def not the most beginner-friendly but something more seasoned yogis will enjoy. :) Room was hot but not stuffy (everyone was dripping ten minutes in) but think they can afford to spread the mats out a bit more as the back row seemed a cramped with four mats that were almost touching.

see all reviewsNot a very intense class where you sweat a lot. Instructor focuses a lot on form, and ensuring that we do not injure ourselves and use the wrong muscles. Very attentive and made sure to correct us and adjust accordingly. Not sure how to describe the class, like doing press ups, TRX planks (?), triceps dips but all controlled movements. Interesting class and will return!

see all reviewsMelissa was very warm and friendly from the start. She got to know our background in barre/ballet and asked us if there’s any sort of injury she has to be aware of and what we wanted to improve on over in her class. Even though it was my first time, it was still a manageable class that really made me feel the burn from the exercises and she takes the time to check our form throughout. Thanks for the great workout Melissa!
