see all reviewsReally friendly staff including funny instructor. First time spinning in honestly about 15 years and everyone so helpful in teaching me how to use the bikes, shoes, providing towel etc, Bikes were clean and well-maintained. Changing rooms were very busy as one class finished and another began but if you’re just using lockers or you’re prepared to wait to shower, use hairdryers etc, it’s not a big problem. Toiletries (body wash, shampoo and conditioner) provided and all smelt gorgeous.

see all reviewsA really lovely instructor, although I wasn’t a huge fan of how the studio structures its exercises. Also a warning to anyone in ED recovery - these classes focus heavily on calories as an exertion goal/ way of gauging effort, which super jarring to come across.

see all reviewsLovely instructor, gives a lot of good notes to help me correct my alignment. A note on the space - I think an earlier class must have been using hand chalk and didn’t clean up well, because the floor and mats felt dusty.

see all reviewsThe class was very fun! First time learning how to dance, the pace of the class can be alittle fast, but, just get loose and it’ll be great. LiRong is very encouraging and she explains the moves very well. Will definitely join her class again. Just take note, there is two parts to every song she teach. So one song, two session/class. I happen to join the second part of the song in this class. So just take note on this. Check before you book!!! (:

Her cues and instructions were also very clear such that even a beginner like me could follow along. The studio was nice and clean, and there was a number of props for the class to use.
