Patty sometimes says this about her students, but I return the compliment... an 11 out of 10! Patty’s a wonderful instructor. The studio is spacious. The men’s shower/ changing room is quite small. I wish the floors were not so cushiony. LGBT and diversity friendly atmosphere. Caring owners. A very good place to do yoga!

Aerial Yoga
Laurent is a great instructor! I enjoyed his class. It started raining but it didn’t stop him from stopping the class (you had a choice). But I did enjoy the stretches especially on my shoulders. I learned some great news moves on my shoulders. I really loved that his class is in a farm and it’s so quiet so it feels really relaxing and I feel like I could zen out. I felt comfortable and Laurent does check everyone’s posture & moves so you don’t hurt yourself. He also takes photos of some positions if you would like! I left the class feeling refreshed, zen, and when I’m back in Miami I will definitely come back. Thanks again!
