see all reviewsBest yoga class I’ve ever taken! Niah was so welcoming and funny. She provided so many modifications and made it feel like a safe space for all levels (I’m a beginner). The music was so good and the facility was clean and honestly just COOL to be in (ornate ceilings, vintage mirrors). I will be back!

see all reviewsProbably one of my favorite ballet classes that I’ve taken in the city! It may be too difficult for folks who are super new to ballet, but I think it’s great for dancers or folks who have some past dance training. The instructor was super kind and informative too. I’ll definitely be back.

see all reviewsI really enjoyed Jack’s class! It had a great mixture of both stretching and focusing on hard abs. I think this is something that makes this class different than any other as we tend to forget to work and stretch our smaller muscles. I would definitely go back for another class and would recommend!
