    Beginner/Intermediate Ballet

Probably one of my favorite ballet classes that I’ve taken in the city! It may be too difficult for folks who are super new to ballet, but I think it’s great for dancers or folks who have some past dance training. The instructor was super kind and informative too. I’ll definitely be back.

    Adult Heels

Incredible class, the instructor was super friendly and fun and I felt right at home at this studio! I honestly had more fun in this heels class than I maybe ever have in a dance studio before, it was THAT good! I will say that this is not an appropriate class level for a beginner though, which wasn’t a problem for me, but is something to keep in mind if you’re a novice dancer!

    Intro to Capoeira

Everyone was so nice and welcoming! It felt so satisfying learning some of the moves. This class is more so an intro to a long term commitment of learning rather than a one time class so keep that in mind. Regardless it was really cool to learn about the history and some of the moves of this dance/martial arts!

Satin Flow - Intro to Pole Dance

The studio is so cool looking, and the class is very informative and fun. Birdie makes an excellent guide into learning pole and as a whole it's very beginner (as well as expert) friendly. Such a great time!

    Zumba Fitness with Megan

Megan and the class were very welcoming and inviting. The class itself kicked my butt but beginner friendly overall. Only critique was the family atmosphere isn't what I was really looking for. I think its great that it's an option but I found it a little distracting. Overall still would reccomend for others.
