I was unsure about SALT as someone who went to many Dailey method classes. I assumed they would be the same, but theyre not. SALT is much harder and faster-paced than Dailey classes were. Sometimes too fast and not enough explanation for beginners but overall I was impressed with this class. Julia was awesome

I love this instructor and take her class fairly often. One issue I had recently though: I took a class on Monday at the river north location, and then the SAME EXACT class at Lakeview on Friday. Typically I think theyre good at mixing up, but something to be mindful of if you recently took a class at one of the other locations.

    FlyBarre 60

Motivating music and instructor. Didn't get bored with too much repetition as with other types of barre classes. Class was challenging but Glenn helped with corrections and modifications. Fairly certain legs, arms and abs will be sore tomorrow.

Jacklyn was awesome! This is a great way to start your week. Love that the class is at 6:30am instead of 6am like most studios. This class had upbeat music and really worked my butt and core. Theyre super welcoming to newbies and have a welcome sign with your name on it when you arrive for your 1st class :). One thing to note is that the room itself isnt super warm...not a bad thing just something to prepare for b/c I noticed multiple ppl in class with light jackets & will probably wear sleeves next time. Great instructor + great studio = cant wait to come back!

Jordan was a great instructor. She helped me with my form and was very motivating. I did this class while visiting from out of town, but will definitely be visiting my local Pure Barre studio thanks to such a great experience this was!

Anna was a great instructor— clear, helpful and kind. The class was a nice workout. I enjoyed that there were props I had never used at other studios before —which enhanced the sculpting and toning exercises. The owner/manager was very welcoming, gave a wonderful tour of their facilities, and helped with props throughout class. This studio is professional and goes above beyond with their customer service. I will be back! ?

Loved Laura!! She had a great balance between understanding that everyone has to go at their own level but also pushing us to go one weight level higher or 10 seconds longer, which is awesome!

Aleksa was awesome and super welcoming! It was my first time at Pure Barre, but she was really sweet and she came to check up on me before class to run through some basics just so I wouldn't feel lost.

I found this location to be MUCH better than the Wicker Park location! I loved the Bar Method in LA, and I think I've found my new studio here in Chicago! People were friendly, the class was a great workout, and the corrections were helpful and by the far the clearest I've received.

    Yoga Med

This was a great class, but not exactly what I expected. Started with meditation, and then had a fairly vigorous strength focused flow. Ended with foam rolling and a short meditation. I thought the flow would be more relaxing and restorative, but I still enjoyed the class a lot. The class went about 15 mins over the scheduled 55 mins listed here. The studio is very spacious and new.
