    The people were kind and welcoming. The schedule says it’s an hour class but we did a few quick stretches, a brief warmup simulating some WOD movements, and a 20 minute WOD. 40 minutes start to finish, but only 20 minutes of work (including rest between sets). I liked the WOD but just wish there was more to the class.
