see all reviewsHighly recommend - Natalie was an incredible instructor! I absolutely loved her intuitive vinyasa flow - the class was amazing! The class felt restorative while also sprinkling in some slightly more challenging holds/poses. She teaches in a beautiful spot (PSA it’s on concrete so it’s better to have a mat rather than just a towel).
