see all reviewsFirst time trying the sculpt class and sooooo good. 45mins is definitely enough time. We went through a full body workout/ burn! Filled with core, weighted arm series, spicy plank series to glutes, cardio burst with repetition to get the heart rate up, an all together flow and a HOTT core finisher. What more could you want?! Everyone walked out sweatyyy. Eric is fantastic with demonstration/ cues/ and options. Has become a fav local instructor!

You could easily burn 200-300 calories during and as for the instructor, he’s great, not too focused on the socializing aspect like other instructors or classes may but instead there to keep us on schedule, instruct us, push and motivate you to work harder, love it!
