see all reviewsReally enjoyed my first Fort Fitness class today. The instructor for the Strength & Mobility class was very energetic and demonstrated each exercise. Would recommend the instructor use the time moving around the room to correct participants' form and provide modification options, as not everyone is able to do the same movements. Also, would be helpful to ask everyone if they have any injuries as the participants arrive. These are just recommendations based on other workouts I've been to.
