Mary took the time to make individual corrections so that I was getting correct form. A day later and my quads still feel like I got a great workout!!! I will be back!

My only issue is the head rest is between to round shoulder pads and it’s actually quite painful, these are not soft, maybe because the place is very new and so is the equipment, so hopefully over time they soften up.
