60 Min. KettleBooty
see all reviewsShe is the best instructor! Checks in with people before, during, and after class. Explains everything really well. Offers modifications and makes you feel comfortable taking them or going at your own pace. Is very engaged during class: asks how everyone is doing, walks around and helps people. Great energy and music. And most importantly, the workout is great - always challenging, different in each class, so you won't get bored if you come every week.

see all reviewsThis was such a great baby and parent class! I’ve taken a ton of these since my baby was born and I love that this one actually feels like a real workout. The arm section really had me shaking! I’ll def be back. I also want to mention that there’s a locker room with space to nurse and a changing pad for baby. It’s wild how rare that is! Thank you to the studio owner for being thoughtful to parents.

see all reviewsThis class was so frikkin awesome! The entire time I felt free and sexy. They provide coin belts and scarves which adds to the entire experience. The instructor had me mesmerized by how effortless her movements were. I wish I could remember the subs name (she has long light brown hair and the most warm smile). The choreography wasn’t overly complexed(thank goodness), it fun and challenging. I totally recommend. It would also be a great class to take with a friend or group.

see all reviewsTheir room heater wasn’t working it was cold when I walked in. I was afraid it won’t be a great class. The instructor informed us about the heater problem and she squeezed fun cardios in between workouts. I started getting warm and sweating. The cold room didn’t even matter. It turned out to be the one of the best classes I had. Fun playlist and lots of brain/physical challenging combo movements. Loved it!
