It was a little overwhelming for my first class but you get the hang of it. 18 stations, rotate through 3x. Burned 450 calories and I’m no pro. Give it a shot. Diverse ages and abilities for sure. Non intimidating environment.

see all reviewsFirst time doing a HIIT class and first time at F45! Booked the Gemini - Lower class with Coach Darlene and she was great! Arrived 15 minutes early when the 6AM class finished and she was extremely welcoming when explaining how the class works and showing me around the space. The room was split down the middle with the Lower and Upper exercise stations and Darlene did an excellent job explaining each move to everyone. Overall great first time experience and can’t wait to come back and try new classes!

I’ve been feeling a little lower back pain when we do the squat variations laying our back on the carriage even though my back is flat and I’m tucking my tailbone under. Other than that, really love the workouts and music and vibes. Will come early and ask for lower back tips next time :)

One of the main classes I always make sure to sign up for if there’s space! 10/10 recommend
