see all reviewsIt was challenging but in a good way. The sequence was a bit repetitive but I understand it was meant to start the flow slowly and then make it faster and faster. Just maybe not for everyone if they don’t like doing the same sequence 4-5 times. Someone was also coughing a lot in the class with tissues and tea. I really hope they weren’t sick 🙃😅 honestly people, stop going into public and getting others sick when you are unwell. Watch a damn youtube video please.

I knew exactly what to do and I loved that there were different levels I could access if I was able to. I can tell he was a very skilled yogi that understood the important information the practicing yogi needed. I loved the vibe!
