    Great instructors, great workout, always intimidating trying a new gym but it was easy to follow instructions and a straight forward workout if you have any experience in the gym! Also would be good for beginners as instructors as helpful and there are videos of the the moves.

    Great trainer, didnt push me like a sergeant but was encouraging/thorough. Great space. The moves were exactly what i’d want in a corcuit — a lot of ‘back body’ movements which is an area hard to target, such as lats/hams/glutes. A+ !
