    Star Spangled BURNER!

    Ben is a friendly, organized, quality instructor. He made it a point to try to remember names of new people (and knew names of all the regulars), maintained a smooth flow in a class with 14 stations, and did not hesitate to cue and correct form. The vibe and music was good and the 90 minute class flew by!

    Great group setting with options for you to scale your workout. Marissa was super warm, welcoming, but designed a kick-butt workout. The gym members I worked out with had been coming consistently for three and two years, so what does that tell you. I will workout here again.

    Aaron was really great! Attentive and provided us with an intense work out. Everyone at this studio is very nice and welcoming too - the guy who checked me in let me know we could do a free trial for the week so I came back the next morning and the instructor I had then was awesome too! That instructor spent time after class showing us foam rolling exercises too - loved it!

    Small class, which allowed Scott to tailor the workout (weights, modifications) and give feedback on form to each person for every exercise. SUCH a good full body workout.
