    Animal Flow 動物流

Tze Wai is an enthusiastic and passionate man. No wonder he is the regional leader in Animal Flow! He breaks down the postures and explains the process clearly. He guides us to complete a flow movement from the basics and provides adequate time for us to practice bits by bits. Love that he shares the video of our achievement in the end to help us recognise our progress in consolidating our learning during class!

    自衛術(初階)Self-Defense (Basic)

HKer instructor: the self defence class started out unexpected. First, we did a dive roll over a tall object. It was too scary for me so I just did a regular forward roll. Then, we jumped over a high rail, like in parkour, or something like that. I was not able to, so I jumped next to the rail rather than over it. The rest of the class is what you would expect in an MMA class. Lots of fun; the beginning was the hardest.
