She said “as long as you’re breathing, you’re doing yoga.” That really helped erase my embarrassment about not being able to keep up and I was able to rejoin the group for the seated poses! :)

see all reviewsWarren was very patient with a newbie. Studio is VERY small so I would definitely not be late or miss a class because they only have six spots. Grateful for the opportunity to attend and feeling very zen. Beginners should have a fundamental core strength to keep up. Very fun class!
