This class is no joke! I really enjoyed it. The instructor is super enthusiastic - lots of WOOO! - and the class goes by quickly. Would’ve loved to have heard the music and it was difficult to see what was happening during the entire glutes against the mirror segment (if you miss FlyBarre, it reminded me of that style). Great workout.

It ended up being a private class for me and my friend with Nicole, and her adorable and cuddly English bulldog named Grace. She dimmed then lights and we got settled in as we introduced ourselves and loved on Grace. The class flew by and before we knew it back in the snow and headed home, totally relaxed and ready for bed. We will be back!
