    Hot Sweaty Soul Yoga

Christian's classes have always been good, but he's been really stepping it up recently. It seems like there's been more effort in the planning, and there's been something new and unique (to me) in each class. Today the music went so well with the poses/transitions that it sometimes felt like a choreographed dance. I also really appreciated that Christian started the class being open about his rough day at work and turned that into motivation for the class. I had a bad day too and didn't want to be there, but that completely changed my mindset. I love when yoga classes are more than just stretching and exercising, and that's often my experience at Sweatheory.

I love Tina ❤️🌸🫡 I used to be a member at club pilates in PV and was so stoked to see her on the plaza lineup. She does a great job at describing how your body should move and what you should and shouldn’t feel. Her corrections are always given with patience and respect — she’s a major reason I got back into fitness as an adult! Luv ya Tina

Kelsey was so incredibly kind and welcoming. This was a challenging class, but she provided lots of encouragement and modifications if necessary! Super friendly and fun environment :)

Was a great class - I was never a dancer and super new to this sort of thing. It got kind of discouraging, because I felt like I just couldn’t get it right while others in the class could. BUT the instructor did a great job and I think I would have been a bit more comfortable if the class had more than 3 other people, but that’s not anyone’s fault.
