    Chris made the class super fun and interactive. The class begins with a solid and thorough warm up, and there is a good mix between conditioning, bag work, and even some unique “sparring” exercises that got everyone having fun! I loved that the instructor got both regulars and newbies excited to participate.

    Josh is a great instructor! He explains each step thoroughly and encourages us to each go at our own pace, which allows for more fluid forms. This studio is also really soothing, clean and spacious. I couldn’t ask for more when looking for a yoga studio!

    First time and easily one of the best classes. Alex and Dean are engaged and helping/correcting the whole time, good environment, challenging but enjoyable and I like that they included a warm up and finishing stretch. Highly recommend!
