    This class is great for all levels. It’s hard but Tori will offer alternative options if you have an injury or are just starting out. She is motivating but not pushy. I will be coming back.

    The hype is real! Loved the class and Dean is so great at correcting form in a nice way. A great class to do if you and a friend/partner are at different fitness levels as it’s easy to adjust to your abilities. Will definitely be back…even though it’s a bit far from me, it’s worth the trek!
