    I was pleasantly surprised by this class. The instructor was really really great- hands on, helpful, authentic & kind with great energy. Usually classes don’t live up to their expectation in regards to classes being hard and a good workout (an example for me would be fhitting room). This class was very challenging and I am still sore two days later. I feel like I finally feel my stomach muscles. I was a little lost and overwhelmed in the beginning of the workout because it moves quickly but kind of just went with it. It’s one I’d definitely try again and encourage others to try.
