see all reviewsPerspire is an inviting space from the moment you enter the studio. Parking is easy including street and garage as options. There’s a serene atmosphere from start to finish with music to match the vibe. Alfredo greets you, asks clients to sign the waiver, and guides you to the suite for your experience to begin. He walks you through the heat settings, talks through syncing your technology with the television, and makes sure the room has a cold towel neatly place for afterwards. This was my second visit, and my muscles/joints feel incredible. I set my temperature to 170 (HOT) and select the FAT BURNING option (BURN BABY BURN). Perspire offers a safe, quiet space for you to escape for 40 minutes. I 10/10 recommend.

I was the first person to arrive this morning, but because they sent my waiver to the wrong number Giselle proceeded to help the next customer ahead of me. My waiver took all of 30sec to fill out by the way. Giselle took 15min showing him around the entire place, rather than come back to me and get me started on my service which took all of 2 mins to get me started. I had booked a second service which was scheduled to start about 1hr and 45 min after my first which was an acceptable wait time as I booked the second scribe that morning. She then proceeds to help 2 other customers that walked in after I was waiting on my second service. She needed to clean the pod between customers, and still hadn’t done it after I waited 40mins beyond my second appointment time. I left and asked to reschedule my service. She was very nice, but she definitely needs to be coached on proper customer service etiquette.
