see all reviewsit was my first time trying aerial & I loved it! li was very helpful throughout class since majority of us were beginners. I’m honestly not a fan of yoga at all but this was one of my fave classes. it was nice to get a good stretch in & the cold towel at the end was a nice plus!

see all reviewsGreat studio for both the beginner and more advanced student. The instructor is very knowledgeable and highly skilled yet is able to provide individual attention as necessary. It becomes apparent that she is passionate about all types of yoga. I thoroughly enjoyed the class and I am confident this will be a popular class with regular clientele.

see all reviewsI had fun ... for the moments I could participate! This was my first time doing aerial yoga and there were 5 other beginners out of a class of 8. Class was super fast paced, I didn't have the time to attempt some of the poses because the class moved on, at least for 4 people while the other 4 were stuck and standing. It would be great to have a beginner level to give those some time to practice what is taught and receive help from the instructor. Instructor did not help either, I struggled asking for help as I hung upside down that even the person next to me tried to wave her down but had to fall down in the end to worm my way out because I wasn't heard. By the end of the class, I realized this was not the instructor I signed up for either...her name was Ashley and it sounded like she was actually a student who frequently attended. I would come again, but hope it's with who I sign up for to teach!
