    I usually go to Barry’s but I decided to mix it up and I really liked this class! We went a few minutes over time, but the variety of moves (floor and tread) was really fun and challenging. Compared to Barry’s, the base level is a bit easier. For example, I usually go on the lower end of the weight and speed range at Barry’s whereas at Rumble I was on the higher end/advanced. Just something to note for those trying Rumble for the first time! Awesome class

    It was my first time and I had no idea what to expect. The receptionists were very friendly and welcoming and gave me a tour and instructions. The workout itself was great. Shannon went over all the moves, but there are screens that demonstrate them too as well as spell out the patterns. Shannon was awesome and made everyone feel comfortable, encouraging us by name. Awesome gym!

    I think this instructor is 10/10 but he’d be better for a mixed tender afternoon class or for the diehards. He added more conditioning which makes me feel so much more accomplished from his class. He’s not a hype man like B Allen but this dude clearly knows how to get people to get the most out of their work out. For 8am tho needs slightly better time management since we were let out late. Honestly wish he coached more slots. He cuts thru the rah-rahness that comes from some classes.

    10/10 highly recommend! Leila is so sweet and hugs and welcomed me as I walked in, felt so comfortable and It was my first time meeting her. Her music was the best, she coaches with a clear voice and she helps shadow the moves throughout the class a few times and does not just rely on the screen only.     This was my first experience of the rhythm ride. It’s most similar to a Soul Cycle or other non-measured cycle class. While I missed the metrics (everything was by feel of resistance versus seeing the numbers) - I will say the class flew by compared to the standard signature ride. Sayre, as always, was amazing and music was on point.

Other times lead teachers can get really full of themselves and you can feel their energy change. There’s none of that happening here!!!!!! She is the most down to earth person, with the absolute best vibes, so welcoming and friendly, such a special energy … someone who seems easy to click with and easier to love!     WOW Rev is such a cool place, welcoming inviting and as a beginner they gave me a tour and helped me feel right at home. Ariana is an awesome instructor helped me with the treadmill and showed us how to do the moves at each circuit multiple times. Thank YOU team at rev. I go to a lot of these circuit type classes around town and this has been the BEST experience. Sooo coming back.
