    Sculpt Yoga

Amazing instructor and sculpt class! Sammi’s instructions were clear and she always walked around to make sure we were doing each move correctly and safely. The music and overall flow of the class was upbeat and fun! Will definitely come again.

Flow & Restore Yoga - Yoga at the Beach

The class was incredibly relaxing and set in a beautiful location—right on the beach between Barefoot Café and the Waikiki Aquarium. Just a note: if you’ve reached the aquarium, you’ve gone a bit too far. The stretches and poses were fantastic, and Veronika led the class with great energy and clarity. I recommend bringing your own yoga mat for added comfort. If you prefer not to touch the grass during stretches, be sure to bring a large enough towel. The setting is truly special—enjoying the sunset with the live energy of Waikiki in the background adds a unique touch to the experience. One suggestion for improvement: it would be helpful to have a large, brightly colored sign on the sidewalk indicating where the class is held. This would be especially beneficial for newcomers or first-time attendees.

    SUN YOGA - Sun Room

I’ve been trying different yoga studios with Class Pass, and Sun Yoga is my favorite in Honolulu. From owner, to instructors and members, everyone has a smile on their faces and makes you feel welcomed from the moment you step in. I always leave the classes feeling better than when I arrived. Instructors are lovely and knowledgeable. Studio is clean and cozy. It’s located in a mall, so there are lots of free parking. I strongly recommend to check it out.

    Beach Restorative Yoga

the instructor is suuuper sweet and kind. the ocean/beach view was beautiful & class felt very peaceful. I appreciated how she gauged if people wanted it more relaxing vs intensive. I would for sure take this class again if I lived here. the ocean gets a lil loud tho so I would suggest sitting closer to her!

Sunset Holy Yoga Vinyasa Worship Flow

Renee was an excellent instructor! I truly appreciated that the session began with prayer —it was such a meaningful way to start. Not only did they nourish our spirits with the Word, but they also led a fantastic physical workout. This was by far the best yoga class I’ve attended through ClassPass, and I will definitely be back!

    Sunday Morning Yoga Flow

Natalie is amazing, caring and knows her stuff. She always asks if we have any requests to work on specific parts of our body and is very encouraging yet soothing in her practice and directive. Thank you, Natalie, for making Sunday mornings worth waking up semi-early for! You’re the best.
