see all reviewsI loved my experience at this studio. As soon as I walked in, the instructor (Colin), introduced himself, asked my name and made me feel welcome. He also seemed to know the name of everyone in class, and we often would hear him cheering us on individually. The class was challenging, yet doable, and the vibe was great!

But if you are fortunate enough to get a spot, you should know that this is one of the best teachers to ever exist on planet earth. His classes are challenging and yet very doable, and he is so incredibly caring about each and every student that you will feel absolutely secure in every move you make. Can’t even express how much I love this teacher! Wish I could take his classes 7 days a week.

see all reviewsThis is a good class, but as someone that just started to get in my workout era it’s not beginner level. The instructor was good and motivated to work harder but does not help with posture or corrects you. I’ve taken other classes and they do take time to go over and help you with posture and all that good stuff. I will go back but once I have all my proper training 🙂 overall I had a great time!

see all reviewsBest Workout!! I’ve been a Pilates Reformer Faithful since I discovered it several years ago and saw this studio on ClassPass and said, let’s check it out. I’m Strong! I was required to arrive 30” prior for the Deets. I was literally scared and almost left Twice B4 the class started. The class was intimidating and hard!! And said I won’t be back! But a couple weeks later I tried it again and took Jordan’s class and now I think I’m hooked!! Being a woman in my early 50’s, Muscle mass is a Priority for me and Solidcore is where it’s at!! I’m usually not sore after the Reformer, but today a day later of Solidcore, I’m Hurting! In a good way!! Feeling muscles not used in Reformer. Love the Music and its dim inside. Jordan was Great!!

see all reviewsThe class was good overall. You get taught the basic steps at the beginning of the class (though I think this part goes too fast for beginners). Then you get paired up with a lead but there were more women then men so it was awkward when you had to dance by yourself. You go around the circle and switch partners for the remaining 30 minutes. The instructor teaches you about 3 additional moves to add to the basic moves you learned at the beginning of the class. The parking was easy to find and so was the location. What I didn’t like was that the class was too big.

You can tell she knows her stuff and really wants her clientele to absorb as much knowledge as they can. With that, she is focused on the form and correct posture first before going hard so that you get the most out of everything. I appreciate the hands-on, correction approach as I'm just starting out in pilates and really want to know how to do everything correct. This is a great way to get familiar with the sport as you're getting almost private lessons. Class had chill fun interactive conversation and good lowkey music. Excited to come back!
