    Minjee was amazing! She was so helpful and nice toward the new comers. She took the time to greet me and my sister and help us adjust our bikes correctly. She was super upbeat and I was surprised that she was on the bike herself while guiding us. The class was Usher themed and she had us all doing moves to the beat. It was intense but I felt a difference. I’d love to go back for her classes!

    Daria was very nice and welcoming! The staff was helpful and told me where everything was when I told them it’s my first time. I would say they could be more accommodating to beginners and ask if it’s your first time there initially. The cycling was definitely intense and we also did some ab workouts which made it more intense. Daria was good at instructing and was also showing how to do the movements. It’s sad they won’t be available on CP much longer but I may return since it’s so close to the train. They also offer barre and pilates!

    This was my first experience with cycling and Cycle Bar was AMAZING! They advise you to arrive 15 min early if you’re a beginner so you can look around and learn the equipment. I would definitely recommend doing that because there are certain things the instructor will say that you need to follow, such as how to raise and lower the weight or fasten the cycle shoes in. The space was super clean and really shows off the community. They had a tally board of the people who attend frequently which I thought was cute. Speaking of the community, everyone seemed friendly at the class. I attended their Major Lazer themed class and the playlist was so good! They really set the vibe with changing lights according to parts in the music and changes in the workout speed. The instructor was clear with her instructions and it was pretty easy to catch up on her movements as a beginner. I love that she motivated us and pointed out who was doing a good job and showed scoring based on our performance. Overall I loved the experience and I already booked another class!
