The massage was okay. The pressure was right and was hitting the right spots. But I’d say the service is average. The reception lady came into the room during my massage session to ask me how I spell my name but she could easily check on my classpass registration or could have just asked me afterwards. Also my slippers were gone after the massage so I had to walk out to the reception bare feet. The staff also got me in a room to talk about their massage package. Not the best experience.
