Love the vibe at this space! Everyone was really sweet & the teacher’s flow was super creative. Kept me focused on the class and nothing else. Just factor in some extra time for parking.

    sweat-flow

I love Grace and the studio. My only feedback is the studio should not let late comers in after 5 min. It was very distracting one person coming in 10 min late and knocking down bottles and trying to find a spot in already super busy class

Life changing class, will ring out the toxins and stretch every inch of you! Excellent instructor. Great downtown location! Bonus they have lockers and provided locks for use, showers, bottle filling station and if you forgot your hair tie like me they have you covered. Im from out of town and felt very welcomed.

    Real fckin yoga

Just wow! This class really was the real fckin deal! There aren’t any mirrors and we were all facing each other in a circle. She encouraged everyone to focus on their own journey, listen to their body, and go at their own pace….not comparing yourself to anyone else. It is great for beginners through advanced. She focused on form and technique which was great because I had taken yoga teacher training online and didn’t get much feedback as to whether I was doing things correctly. She made everyone feel comfortable no matter what level of yoga you are at. She provided modifications with blocks for each position to suit different levels. It was awesome to learn more ways to use the blocks. Hot yoga is too draining for me so I liked that the room was not heated.
