    Pretty fun & good workout, despite being my first time doing anything like kickboxing. Chris, the instructor, was really friendly & encouraging, giving direction and offering help. Could also feel a sense of community.

    Great class for anyone wanting to get into learning how to do workouts with barbells, we went through a series of exercises to make sure we have the movement and form correct before working out with barbells. The class had the right amount of people to get that attention from the instructor as well, to point out how we can improve. A class I will be going to consistently :)

    Fantastic all round workout! I loved the exercises and use of a variety of equipment. Emmanuel, the instructor was on point and helped provide personal instruction to ensure the exercises were done properly. I tried to take it a little easier, but he knew I could do more, so he encouraged it. He's attentive and passionate about helping others and took the time to learn more about what I would like to get from the workout and any specific reasons why. Everybody in the gym was super welcoming, especially my class and helpful in every way. Strong community gym and the class was very personal.
