She is everything any successful instructor SHOULD BE. She lifts you up, pushes you, and overall believes in your capability. So sad she won’t be teaching anymore but thankful to have been in her presence and learned how to be a better rider because of her class!

see all reviewsThis was a really strong instructor. Great music and energy. The only thing I will say is she gets a little stuck in exercises. The 8 second countdown ends up being like 20 which is annoying as a client. I think if you see a lot of instructors / strong clients breaking it’s time to get us out of the move. This was especially uncomfortable on the twisted exercises. I saw a lot of people modify for center core instead so I think something to be aware of :) but she’s awesome with such good energy!

The class size was small so the instructor was able to really help guide with the movements. The pace was calm and overall felt good. Instructor was friendly and understanding I was a beginner.
