If you’re a first timer/ early in your Pilates journey, I’d recommend going to the Monday classes, as her classes typically get beefier as the week progresses. see all reviewsPatrice was awesome! She introduced herself to everyone and followed up after class. Patrice expressed appreciation for everyone’s attendance. I loved her calming instruction and the deep stretches. We used several different tools/aids which was new for me in a yoga class! We even received hot towels with lavender which was a very lovely touch. Will see Patrice again! Facility was great too.
