The class was all in Finnish, but the instructor explained to me separately in English and made sure that I am perfectly keeping up with everyone. The atmosphere of the studio was like night clubs?? with stylish but dark-ish interior and booming music.

see all reviewsI thought it would be a normal yin with long strechess to get some stiffness away but no! This was out of this world experience. The music, the narrative, kong and how everything was build together was AMAZING. I had so much pain and hatred and anxiety in me but it all shifted away and first time in a long time i felt like i can breathe properly! After the session my mind was clear and focused but calm. I have not slept like this in years. THANK YOU
