    C2 - CorePower Yoga 2

The class was different from other C2 classes, in a good way. It felt a bit more, spiritual perhaps? A little less power yoga and music, and a little more grounding and unique. The instructor was clearly an expert yogi - he had confidence and expertise to effectively lead the class. He did a great job of connecting us to community and with ourselves. I was sad to hear he doesn't normally teach at the Duboce location, I'd definitely take this class again on a day where I'm looking for less vinyasa and more mental grounding and new position challenges.

Caroline was a great instructor. I loved the ab exercise variations using the yoga block! And she made an effort to remember people’s names (including mine, even though it was my first time here). It was a sweaty, fun class. #ClassPassInsider

    Vinyasa All Levels

Really enjoyed the Vinyassa class (Mon a.m.) with Stephanie. She was patient, had calming energy, yet gently guided you in challenging poses. The space was fantastic- great natural light, cool boho type lounge area, & loved the background music during the practice. Will def be back! :)

    Vinyasa

Very fast paced vinyasa. No time to be tired or get bored/distracted. Probably not a great choice for beginners but a nice change from classes that focus on technique and form. Nice to feel like I got a good, sweaty work out!
