    Open Gym - Full Body

Solidcore can be intimidating because it feels technical, complicated, and advanced. But don’t let that stop you! It’s challenging but feels good after. Madison’s class was perfect. The music was good but I could still hear her clear instructions. Her demonstrations of the moves (without the hands on instruction) were very useful. I highly recommend her class.

    Technical Boxing

Shariat was amazing to work with as a first timer and really helped to teach me the basics. The small class size is perfect for not feeling too overwhelmed while also feeling like you got a decent workout in. Will be back for sure!

    Introductory Workout

Another great workout. I just might sign up for CrossFit. I love how they take the time to make sure your form is accurate and go through all the workout moves at the beginning. Even in a big class, you feel special and taken care of and encouraged to perform at your current best level.

    Fitness Restoration with Vyper 2.0

Okay, so I ya a blast at this class, but it was NOT listed correctly! The class at the address listed at the posted time was a class by Zum called STRONG. It was not a stretch class at all, but a cardio fitness strength workout. I was not dressed correctly and not mentally prepared, but the instructor was great and it was super fun. I have no idea how this error happened, but I hope it can be corrected for next time.
