see all reviewsI try to take barre fairly regularly, and I love that no two classes are ever the same even with the same instructor. I really liked Caroline’s energy and found her instructions easy to follow. And whew it was a great workout! My only complaint is that it does feel like they sometimes overbook the classes and there’s not a ton of personal space - but that might be a matter of preference. Would still highly recommend the classic and empower classes.

I was working with multiple injuries, and she was the only instructor who seemed like she actually understood the impact of those injuries and how to help me accommodate. Which is sadly quite rare. She gave great corrections, was personalized, and had awesome energy. Highly recommend class with her!

see all reviewsI thought I was in shape until this class. I usually work out 3 days a week doing HIIT classes, but this one kicked by butt. Super fast paced class with no breaks.! Expect to do high reps counts of exercises like lunges, squats, deadlifts, rows, tricep extensions etc with weights in hand and cardio bursts of jumping jacks, high knees, burpees, skiers and squat jumps. FYI, no locks for lockers so you have to bring your own or find a place to stash it in the workout studio room. Class size tonight was around 25 people.

Music wasn’t great and no warm up or cool down but it was a great and effective workout.
