    Wanted to try out different instructors within Barre3. I liked Katie’s latter half of the class which involved mat workouts- it was killer! I do wish she would have provided more guidance on form, especially when it comes to lunges/squats. I did enjoy that she would let you know which muscles to concentrate on for that mind-muscle connection although wish it was done for every move. Overall fun class that will make you break a sweat.

    First time with Grace - she’s a great instructor. She learned everyone’s name and corrected my form throughout class. However, there was a student in class wearing sneakers on the carpet. It felt unhygienic given we’re on the carpet for a third of class. Wish management or the instructor would’ve enforced the studio rules.

    I’ve been looking for a class that helps with improving my flexibility and this is it! I’m not a flexible person at all and this has been the best class I’ve found so far. Instructor is great. She modified the moves for me and was very welcoming. I’ll be going to this every week.

    This was a super special experience! Kristen took her time to make sure your form was where it needed to be to feel effectives if the movement without injury. Besides the space being adorable and clean, Kristen has her own energy that is contagious. 10/10 would recommend!! I wasn’t sure entirely what the actual workout would be but it was fun, challenging, innovative, and effective.
