    Babette is a lovely human and a great teacher. I will say that Barre3 is way overcrowding the classes, which is unfortunate. It’s really hard to do moves on the mat, and we spent half the class on the mats. I’d prefer more time upright and more cardio work.

    FlyBarre: Power 45

    Angela is such an experienced and wonderful instructor. She always offers modifications and is very easy to follow. I’ve gone to flybarre for years and her classes are still challenging and some of my favorites. One note though-Flywheel does need to wipe down the mats more often. There was a massive dust bunny on my mat tonight.

    Like going here for a last min workout bc the location is convenient. Although make sure u book at least 30 min prior because they close the booking window early. Always a good burn. They always switch up the exercises but always hit arms, legs, abs. Gets more challenging the longer you do it as you learn to do the tucks and isolations better. Music hasn’t changed much though in years, not sure if it’s a franchise thing.
