    Great class. Basically tabata style exercises that most people can do. No crossfit experience necessary. I was a little worried that I was going dome of the moves wrong at times so I would have liked a little more form correction but I still got a great workout. Nice facility with showers, so that's cool. They also offer free yoga classes.

    I’m using class pass, because I like the variety this app offers to me and I can choose any studios available any time around me. Willy B is my favorite for HIIT classes. They have amazing coaches who care and constantly look if you do everything correct. I enjoy training here, without any pressure, challenging myself every time to get closer to my personal goals. My body pasture changed and the exercises make me feel stronger. I highly recommend this studio, you will definitely make friends and have fun.
