see all reviewsI attended the flexibility class guided by Sebastian. I absolutely love his energy and the way he prepares our body for challenging postures. I do enjoy the buddy system to help the person next to you to get deeper in their flexibility goals. Sebastian is a wonderful instructor at multitasking as well. I appreciate his awareness to help one student ,but also look up to check in with the group and their posture.
