Chloe is a fantastic instructor. If you’re newer to Lagree, she is a great option. She offers visual aids as well as great verbal instruction. But don’t be fooled you’ll get a ton out of her class even if you’ve been a lagree regular.

Mom & Baby - Postpartum Power

Julie is kind and encouraging, and tailors this class to making postpartum moms feel comfortable and strong in their new bodies. Thank you House and Julie for this important add to your schedule, and for sharing it on ClassPass. It has been so beneficial to my postpartum journey, both mentally and physically.

It was a fantastic class. When you feel fantastic after the class, that’s when you know you’ve found the right teacher. So glad I came to this class. Feeling reinvigorated and reminded of the true roots of yoga.

    Nothin but Strength

I didn’t take the class - couldn’t find it. I used the gym and learned there was a whole downstairs as I tried to leave - maybe it was there. As I got into the reception a patron was complaining about poor ventilation and I noticed the same. The conditions are so so there. I didn’t feel it was all that clean and the equipment wasn’t re wracked it was all over the place. Some patrons were doing a lot of grunting that bordered my tolerance. The front desk was not familiar with class pass either. It’s ok but not great. Can’t speak to the class - there was an empty studio upstairs that had bikes and little weights.
