    This class is identical to Track Fitness’ Circuit 60 except the studio is red orange so you feel a bit like you’re in a tanning booth. Class was challenging mix of treadmill and strength and conditioning mat work. Instructor was super nice, welcoming and mindful of all the students. Beautiful studio, change rooms, coffee bar, etc.
