see all reviewsNot gonna lie - it’s a tough one! 40 min is just fine to get your body pretty much exhausted ???? But you feel energized afterwards, which is a sign it all worked out well! The only thing I didn’t like is the fact that there are no hooks or stools in the changing rooms, makes it hard to change properly without dropping your stuff on the floor. Better come changed already if possible.
